THE WORKS HAVE STARTED ON THE PROJECT « NEW APARTMENT BUILDING AT VĪTOLU STREET 13, LIEPĀJA»

SIA “UPTK” has started construction works on the project “New Apartment Building,” located at the intersection of Vītolu and Tiesu Streets in Liepāja.

The development project includes the construction of an apartment residential building with underground parking located in the basement level, as well as landscaping of the surrounding area.

Construction works began in September 2025, and the project is scheduled for completion by autumn 2026.
