NEW DEVELOPMENT PROJECT| Vītolu Street 13, Liepaja| APARTMENT BUILDING

The development project includes the construction of an apartment residential building with underground parking located in the basement level, as well as landscaping of the surrounding area.

A total of 43 apartments are planned, including:

• 21 two-room apartments (56-80 m²),

• 12 three-room apartments (56-90 m²),

• 10 four-room apartments (103-156 m²).

The 4th floor apartments are designed with mezzanine levels.

Also design includes balconies, verandas, and terraces, taking into account the specific apartment's

location and orientation towards the sun.

Construction works are scheduled to commence in September 2025 and to be completed in autumn 2026.
